Porsche Mobile Charger Overview

The Porsche Mobile Charger included with your Panamera E-Hybrid supports both Level 1 and Level 2 charging methods. This versatility allows you to charge at home using standard electrical infrastructure or enhanced installations for reduced charging times.

Connecting the Charger

Select the appropriate power cable for your charging setup. Align the connector with the charge port and insert it fully until secured. Proper alignment ensures safe and efficient energy transfer.

Installation Options

Wall Mounting

The Porsche Mobile Charger includes a mounting bracket for wall installation near your power outlet. This provides organized cable storage and convenient access for regular charging sessions.

Portable Storage

For flexibility, the charger can be stored in its included travel bag when not in use or when traveling with the vehicle.

Charging Methods

Level 1 Charging

Connect the 120-volt plug to a standard household outlet. This method provides overnight charging capability and requires no additional electrical installation. It is suitable for daily commuting distances and situations where extended charging time is available.

Level 2 Charging

For accelerated charging, a 240-volt outlet installation may be considered. Porsche recommends consulting a certified electrician to evaluate your home electrical system and ensure proper installation according to local codes.
