Warranty Administrator

Job Description:

The Porsche Warranty Administrator is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of all warranty claims in accordance with Porsche manufacturer guidelines. This includes submitting claims, tracking reimbursements, maintaining compliance, and liaising with both the workshop team and Porsche corporate warranty representatives. The role requires strong attention to detail. excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of automotive warranty processes, ideally with experience in luxury or high-performance brands.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and submit all warranty claims to Porsche using the approval systems (e.g.,PIWIS, PPN, etc.).
• Review repair orders for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding warranty issues and resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and related correspondence.
• Collaborate with the service department to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to warranty claims.
• Stay updated on product warranties, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions for audit purposes
• Provide regular reports to management regarding claim status, revenue and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warranty administration is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
