Open Roles by Certification Level:

Bronze Technicians

• Entry level Porsche certified technicians
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic diagnostics
• Work alongside senior technicians to develop advanced skills
• Ideal for those beginning their journey within the Porsche network

Silver Technicians

• Intermediate level certified technicians
• Provide advanced diagnostics, repairs, and system troubleshooting
• Handle complex service work with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of Porsche systems and technology

Gold Technicians

• Master level Porsche experts
• Diagnose and repair the most complex technical concerns
• Lead shop productivity, mentor junior technicians
• Serve as technical leaders within the service department
• Represent the highest level of craftsmanship and precision

What You'll Do:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to Porsche factory standards
• Utilize advanced Gen 5 diagnostic and repair technology
• Complete multi-point inspections and identify service opportunities
• Deliver exceptional quality and attention to detail on every vehicle
• Collaborate with a high-performance team in a modern service environment
