Service Lane Manager

Champion Porsche has an outstanding opportunity for a Service Lane Manager to join the Champion Family.

What will you do?

• Responsible and empowered to handle customer complaints- Items escalated from advisor handling.

• Managing service drive processes- walk around with tire inspections, upsells, porter deployment, assisting advisors as needed.

• Holding advisors accountable and assisting with follow-up, customer updates and communication, helping advisors improve for selling best practices.

• Improving customer experience knowing JD Power/Premier Dealer overall goals.

• Improving shop efficiency by managing appointment reminders, walk arounds, and handling declined estimates from walk arounds before car dispatched.

• Ensuring scheduling best practices followed- preparing for recalls, parts acquisition, reminders, history check at time of appointment.

What are we looking for?

• Number one quality- being able to talk to clients with excellent communication skills, and ability to coach advisors while holding them accountable for expectations.

• Being well versed in overcoming objections as this person will be dealing with declined estimates.

• This person ideally would be stationed in the drive very active in the drive where clients would recognize this person as not another advisor.

• Demonstrated experience in Dealership Service Department.

• Effectively present information one on one and in small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

• Ability to carry our instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Employment Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

• Must pass Background Check and Drug Screen

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm

Saturday Availability & Available for Overtime.

Non-exempt Position, Overtime after 40 working hours
