Sales Receptionist / Greeter

Champion Porsche is currently accepting applications for our Sales Receptionist/Greeter position.

Our receptionists are the first point of contact for the dealership. The ideal candidate should be pleasant, have a happy disposition and professional demeanor. Maintain an outstanding phone etiquette with proficiency while operating a multi-Line phone system. Must be self-motivated and a team player. All candidates must have a valid driver’s license, speak English fluently and have a stable work history, preferably within the Automobile industry arena.

Essential Duties:

• Communicating with our callers and guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

• Greets our showroom guests and directs them accordingly. Notifies the appropriate person that their client is waiting, and able to introduce the client to our salesperson.

• Answers basic inquiries, routes our incoming calls to appropriate person, taking messages and directing guests to correct buildings.

• Assisting as needed in our Café, making coffee and cleaning after a guest has left.

• Must represent both the Champion and Porsche brands in a positive and respectful manner at all times.

• This full time receptionist position requires availability on weekends. Our typical work day is 8 hours, Sundays noon till 5pm.
